He graduated from Ankara University, Veterinary Faculty.
He is working in Ankara University, Veterinary Faculty, Reproduction and Artfificial Insemination Department.
He has participated  at national and international congresses and has had many publications ank books. He realized the first artificial insemination applications for dogs and cats in Turkey.
